Three times now we've purchased what is supposed to be fresh Dungeness crab, at our Costcos here in South OC, only to have them be smelly, sticky and the body meat very gray in color after 24 hours in our fridge.

Costco, on the other hand, is much further for me to drive, and there's only 1. Having said that - I've heard a lot of good about the Kirkland brand from Costco. However, the "house brand" from BJs (Berkley & Jensen) also offers a lot of great items and mixes.

SO, migas tend to be a bit more eggy due to the higher proportion of egg to salsa and chilaquiles tend to be "wetter" due to the importance of the salsa in the dish. Put differently, migas are scambled eggs, flavored and texured by salsa and chips while chilaquiles is a salsa base flavoring tortilla chips and eggs/chicken etc.

For those of you who have been to Galco's, I'd like to hear what you tried and liked there. I bought five different things, and the only one I really enjoyed was Bubble Up. The Blenheim's ginger ale did a remarkable job of clearing my sinuses, but it wasn't exactly pleasurable. Definitely should not be paired with the hot salsa at La Estrella.
