Just want to add that those limits are per person, not per automobile, so you can bring 3 litres of wine between you. Also, while in Quebec, you can buy wine at either the government "Societe Des Alcools du Quebec" (SAQ) stores (which all my English friends refer to as the "Alcoholic Society") or at local grocery stores.
